Jim Fritz has over 50 years of experience in the business and education community. He was an educator in both the public and private sectors at the elementary, secondary and higher education levels, including teaching the Creative Problem-Solving program at the State University of New York in Buffalo, Santa Clara University in California, and University of Denver.

He was trained in clinical hypnosis in San Francisco.  He was a certified instructor for the Silva Method and was State Director in Colorado and Wyoming from 1972-1975.

He created, developed and facilitated management training programs with private industry and state, regional and federal government agencies in the field of creative mind function and right and left brain functions.

He was a certified career consultant for the Bernard Haldane company and also the Chief Consultant managing two offices and six consultants.  He rose to the position of VP of marketing services.

He then became a Sr. Career Consultant and also managed the Denver Tech Center office for Interim Career Services of Atlanta, Georgia.

Since 1979 he has been an executive coach and mentor to over 6000 clients in the field of Career Transition Management working with some of the nation's largest outplacement firms for senior executives and middle management for national and international Fortune 500 corporations including but not limited to:

Lockheed Martin, Johns Manville, US WEST, Cyprus Amax, Centura Health, Ball Aero space, Kaiser Permanente, PacificCare/FHP, Western Gas & Oil, CH2Mhill, Arco Coal, ViCorp Restaurants, American Medical Response, Visiting Nurses Association, Santa Fe Oil & Gas, IBM, Sara Lee and Helena Rubenstein.

Jim was the President of the Rocky Mountain Writers Guild in the late 1980s and early 1990s.  He has coached a number of writers in the creation and development of works of fiction and non-fiction.  He counts among his personal friends several New York Times best selling authors.

He has worked with the Conversations with God foundation since 2000, creating and developing CWG Coaching training programs for over 350 clients in the international community as well as personally mentor/coaching hundreds of those clients in over 22 countries around the world.

Jim is an accomplished public speaker and has a B.A. from California State University, with postgraduate work at San Jose State University and Santa Clara University.
